I have always been interested in design as a hobby but with my recent job loss, I’ve been thinking about taking my design skills to the next level. I know there are tons of trained graphic designers out there but I feel like with the right equipment, I could be just as good! I’ve got a natural eye for design and once I have the software I need, I think I could really turn this into a career. I’ve ordered all the Adobe software that I will need and now I just need to find a place that has adobe cs5 training. A simple course should be enough to get me going. I pick things up quickly so I don’t forsee it taking a long time to learn how to use the programs. Once I get through my training, I’m going to start marketing myself as a graphic designer and see if I can make any money doing it!
